Pledge Protection Act Would Put Activist Judges in Their Place
Judicial activism is becoming an increasingly prominent issue in the ongoing presidential campaign, and rightly so. The arrogance of judges who have departed from their constitutionally assigned role has caused havoc in our society for decades, and it's important that citizens know what kinds of judges our next president will appoint, and what kinds of judges our U.S. Senators will confirm.

The Pledge Protection Act, H.R. 699, is an appropriate response to judicial activism. A vote on the issue in the House of Representatives before the fall election would be important not only for its own sake, but as a gauge to how elected officials see the role of the judiciary. Click here to ask your elected representatives to support this important bill, and to tell you where they stand on the issue of judicial activism.

They encourage dangerously unhealthy behaviors such as anal sex and anal-oral sex, with the illusion of "safe sex" practices. The material is often graphic, explicit and offensive.
